I actually wanted to buy a tele-ladder from China. But many say that they are too unstable/shaky when fully extended. On the other hand, high-end ladders are available for beyond 700€-1200€. For the price, I can also expect that such a rod will be firm as an oak rod, as well as other gimmicks that must/can/want/may/should justify such a price. That's when I came across this very attractively priced tele-ladder from Worhan, which was shortlisted primarily because they don't use plastic rings to connect the treads to the frame, but metal!! In addition, the weight of over 21 kg is not insignificant, but 1. only I carry the ladder through the area and not my mother, and 2. it can be concluded that the material is more stable. Also: “Made in Germany”! As soon as it was ordered, it was already shipped and it was there just 2 days later! Super 👍 It was quick to unpack and its massiveness impressed me completely. I had some difficulties when mounting the crossstand foot. The holes should be drilled more precisely. Not a flaw for me now that would make me collapse crying, so I continued to try it out: As a stand ladder, it stands absolutely stable and raised to the last rung. As a fully extended ladder, it is of course not entirely comparable to fixed 3-divider ladders for from 700€! But we're talking about a telescopic ladder here! A little less movement is technically only possible with much more effort and, of course, money. So: those who complain here should buy a tele-ladder for 1000€ and then they will still have something to complain about! Or they have a craftsman do the work. But then I saw that there were already signs of use: Small scratches and abrasions! I consulted with the very friendly, courteous and quick to answer manufacturer. He admitted that I received a customer response in error. Since I wasn't in the mood to repack the massive metal monster (now I love it 🤗) and bring it to the post office due to time constraints, we agreed on a reasonable refund. I am very happy with the ladder, as well as everything that went. Gladly again... Since the ladder is so stable and therefore durable, I probably won't have to buy any more 😉😜👌
